Default Need help on how to sell license
Can someone please tell me how to sell plugins online.
I mean you obviously set up a money transfer account and all that but how do you safeguard against buyers not buying and visa versa...ie, the seller doesn't deliver the license to the buyer after receiving payment? That sort of thing.

I spend about 1000 USD on this forum in the lasts month. Every Transition with paypal and trust in people.

hi, if the "sale" is big enough (more than USD 50) I ask the buyer to put on PayPal instructions the plugin and his email account that the plugins is being transferred to. that way, in case there is a PayPal dispute, I have the PayPal instructions + the developer email about the license transfer.

That said, I don't think selling and transfer license is risk free, after all, this is internet.

checking the messages that the users post and how long he/she has been an user also helps.

Sorry I dont quite follow. Paypal instructions? Im not familiar with paypal.

Be Aware!

I Just got scammed from a member from this forum, i did send the money via PayPal, but he didn't transfer the License to my Ilok ID.

I've had previous experiences before all went smooth with other sellers, but as you said, it's the Internet.
