I created a macro in Keyboard Maestro to do just this. It toggles between between Numbers and Pro Tools (several times) to create clip groups to use as place holders for ADR but it could be used for spotting FX or anything really. The columns are formatted as TC IN, TC Out, character name and dialog. It cycles through each cell and cues up for the next line. I have it set to manually trigger each line with a hotkey as I listen to each cue to verify the dialog as I go. It's a bit tedious but it works and gives me a chance to get familiar with the content.
