Reliability for Pro Tools compatability I meant.

I didnt mean reliability for usuage. Wow I had to think that thru...

OK, I gotcha but that applies to off the shelf computers. Apple does everything for you in terms of compatible components for audio/multimedia, which is why Macs cost more than the average off the shelf PC not designed for audio/multimedia. Well, companies like Rain Recording do the same thing for PC (or build it yourself). It really comes down to OS preference today.

Both require tweaking if you want to do it right.
