Default Updated TPkd driver required?

Hi all,

I've got a situation at hand- I'm trying to install the TCs VSS3 into a D-Show Profile but as soon as it gets to initialization it gives an error:

" Updated TPkd driver required, and a reboot. Please reboot or reinstall the software. "

Well needless to say I've booted and reinstalled but to no avail. VSS3 doesn't show up in the plugs.

D-show version: 2.5.1.4
VSS3: v.1.2.3

Help!

Update your Pace drivers.

if the problem persists unistall the current pace drivers-reboot and install the latest Pace drivers.

Sometimes a reboot is required after you uninstall the old driver.

Yeah,

Updating the PACE drivers did the trick. Venue isn't my strongest field, so here are the details for anyone else wondering how to do this as well:

- On a computer that has access to the Internet, download the latest drivers (Windows 32bit) from www.paceap.com and transfer the file for example to a USB memory stick
- On the Venue, go to Options/System and ctrl+click the Shut Down-button. This way you'll end up in the Desktop.
- plug in the USB stick and locate the driver installer file and launch the installer
- restart the system after succesfully installing the new driver

Whew.. I wonder why it was only the VSS3 that was being so tricky about the PACE driver..
