Default Show Closed Folder Members In

In order to have VCAs that are inside closed folders show up in Multi-Master Mode on my S1s (or on S3), Show Closed Folder Members In...Spill has to be checked in EuCon. However, this also causes closed Child Folders, which are inside of a closed folder that's being spilled, to open and spill all member tracks, which is often not desirable.

It would be great to have all active VCAs (excluding inactive VCAs) show up in Multi-Master Mode, whether in closed folders or hidden, without the preference checked. Or, if not the default behavior, then a new preference to specify VCA behavior in Multi-Master Mode.
