Default DP4.12 DAE error?
Just installed Digital Performer 4.12. Was hoping for a trouble-free experience (my wife wants to use it on my system because its faster than hers...), but whenever I try to set up DAE as the audio system I get a -6011 error. Any clues? Searching revealed a post about having to install DP 4.01 and then upgrade, but that seems kind of bogus (and I don't have DP 4.01). Did the usual suspects of trashing prefs and repairing permissions. Also, audio in/out is set to internal in the sound control panel. Any help appreciated!

I´ve got no solution but I have the same problem and it started when I upgraded from
OS 10.2.6 to 10.2.8.

Well, this just in from MOTU tech support:

"Please download the latest Digidesign Core Audio drivers. You will need version 6.1.2. I suspect you will also need to upgrade your version of PT6 as the latest drivers will not work with 6.1. Please refer to Digidesign's website for further information as they address this there."

Thought I had them, but I'll check again tonight.

Actually pretty impressed-I emailed them this morning and got a reply the same day. Kudos to MOTU (if it works...)
