License Cards?

Alright, I just re-installed PT M-Powered and I pretty much can't use any of the effects plugs because they aren't authorized and all say they need 'license cards'.

My question is, aren't these plugs supposed to be free? I don't have a license card for them nor were they supplied when I purchased. Are those licenses supposed to pop up on my ilok.com account or what? How can u say on the back on the box that there are over 40 plugin's free but we can't even use them?

Am I doing something wrong?

what plugs are you talking about? Some are free that come with a system, but some are demos. Do you know what is on your iLok? If they are in your online account, you'll see it when you sign in to iLok.com. It will say "you have licenses" on the left of the first page. Or they will already be listed on your ilok undert he manage tab\view iLoks tab.
