Artist MC Control & Mix Midi ports broken

Hi,
I'm trying to trouble shoot an OSX Midi port issue with Eucon, I have Lion 10.8.5 installed on 4 (!!) macs (2 pro's, Macbook Pro, Mac Mini) and cannot get more than 4 midi ports available to any of them no matter what i try.

Tried and failed actions:
1, Disk permissions repair and also changing permissions for Eucon Files
2, Tried ALL versions of the software from 2.5 on
3, 32 and 64 bit versions of apps tried in preferences
4, OSX Re-install!
5, manually removed all eucon files and reinstalled
6, Trashed midi preferences other midi drivers
7, Bridge connection and direct ethernet connection
8, Tried ableton, studio one, cubase, logic, protools 10&11
9, Stop, Start, Reboot, Delete, Re-add from preference Pane
10, Contacted Support and posted on here with limited response
(Nothing from the support route!!)
11, Apps in Hui and Mackie control Mode.
12, Drinking Alcoholic beverages and hoping the problem would go away.

What i would like to know is what triggers the adding of extra ports from Eucon to OSX?
Is it adding Apps to the PrefPane?
Would it be possible to manually add ports in the Plist files as a work around?
Could a moderator provide me a Plist prefs files with 8 or more midi ports enabled and i could redirect the Apps?

Could a moderator or anybody confirm this as a bug as i'm starting to lose patence with the Equipment.
Eucon works great with StudioOneV2 but can only use ports 1-4 on any app meaning changing preferences rebooting and general shenanigans on order to use another DAW.

Are you saying that when you add another application to the prefs pane, you get the same MIDI ports? It should create different 4 MIDI ports per application, and you should be able to reassign.

If it does not, it sounds like a bug. What version EuControl are you using?

It's not working in any version that i've tried from 2.7

It was working with 3.0.1 but it's broken with latest update.

Works great here on Mac OSX 10.8.5 but as usual we all have different experiences with this whole EuCon w/Artist units Dunno why ..

Actually, I tried it on my MBPro, it has OSX 10.8.5 and it works ok, MIDI ports are present. 10.9.1 is on my main DAW's (Mac Pro) boot partition so it seems 10.9.x is still not in love with Eucon's MIDI ports. I don't care that much about that, I seldom need Live 9 or Reason.

EDIT: I've finally got back MIDI Ports after clearing system cache and clean install of latest Eucon.

Can you explain what you cleaned in the system Cache, OSX? what files whereabouts
