LE 6.4 won't launch

I installed LE 6.4 but it won't launch, I get a message along the lines of 'digidesign hardware is in use by another application (-1133)

are your running Tiger?

Yeah, sorry, I should have said what my system was.
I figured out what was wrong anyway but now I have another problem.
I'm running OS 10.4.6 and the Pro Tools I got was v6.4
Apparently I need at least Pro Tools 6.9.2 because I'm running OS 10.4 but I can't find the Pro Tools updates anywhere. The only updates on the Digidesign site are from 7.0 to 7.1.
Does anyone know where I can get the 6.9.2 update??

the digi site is a drag to find info that is not current,

you have to register with with your digi store account name
