I'm using artist control and just bought a new MBPR.
My experience is a little different i guess. I never made it to connect my device. The Eucon alone completely froze my toolbar and most of my apps never responded. I had to uninstall all of Eucon products. No idea what to do....

We follow Pro Tools qualification for new hardware platforms.
The Retina Display MBP hasn't been qualified yet.

We are working on these issues.

JC that doesn't say much. Can you at least confirm these issues? We're not asking anyone to give up state secrets, but validating that indeed there's a problem you're working on would go a long way in alleviating user angst.

We all realize that these are all new tools etc... but some folks buy new machines, that's the state of the game, and a little hint about their trouble would be nice.

Yeah - we know there is a problem, and we are working on it. Look, some leading companies dont hand out new products to anyone before they launch. They show them off at a keynote the day they are available. We get them when you do, then we have to test and find out what's happening, and then write code to fix issues.

I'm not starting a fight here, I know there are things you don't get early. As a developer, with a simple 99.00 dev account, I've had my hands on Mountain Lion for 3 months though, so this is not a case where Apple was holding out :)

I'm glad you guys are on it. I hope you'll crank out some new builds soon, I know you're doing what you can. I've used your products long enough to know it.

In our test sweeps of Mountain Lion we didn't experience any show stoppers.
I was more referring to the Retina display issues.

I'm collecting info directly from this forum to drive investigations.
