vertical audio zoom

can't seem to find this anywhere in the manual - is there any way to vertically zoom in or out on a specific audio track (or region) only, instead of on all tracks?

hi michael,
select the zoom tool
then place it over the region
(on a mac) hold the ctl modifier and scrub up or down,
so whatever the pc equivalent would be...
