Default help with uploading music file

so ive recorded and bumped to disc and all that great stuff
in then seperated into Left and right
since i am using stero format i just chose one of them and tried uploading it to my music myspace
and about after an hour it told me the file was too big
soo
idn if i have to convert from wav format to mp3 or what but if anyone has any advice help me out please

Not sure what ou mean by 'seperate into Left / Right'...

Anyway, use the 'bounce to disk' option. Use 16-bit / 44.1k setting to create your stereo .wav file. If you have MP3 option installed, you can bounce directly to MP3 format (or you can use another program).

MP3 will give you the smallest file size for the web.

yea bounce thats what i meant...
it saved the audio file "audio.L" and "audio.R" i assume that means left and right...is there a way to consolidate these or something?

When you bounce to disk you need to choose 'stereo interleaved' as the format, rather than multiple mono.
