Default Avid site showing in Spanish

Ok, no other website is doing this. Coincidentally this is the day I need to renew my support plan but the whole website is in Spanish. Anyone else having this problem?

Also, my plan is supposed to auto-renew today but it did not, so I'm concerned about it lapsing.

Site is back in English but I absolutely cannot renew this. Stuck in a loop between the store and the "my products" page. Also I can see the $399 perpetual support plan is gone from the Avid store and on Sweetwater. Great timing. Great way to start my day...

Wow this keeps getting worse. Found the plan on Sweetwater and purchase it, but I can't enter the code since the place they're directing me to go no longer exists in my user account. Can't contact support- they kick me straight to the user community. I knew this company was garbage, but today they are really going the extra mile to prove it. Has anyone been able to renew a support plan using a code? If I use the "register with a code" page it tells me to go to the renewal section of "My products" which doesn't exist and doesn't let me enter a code.

This keeps getting more ridiculous. So it turns out I had to turn off auto-renewwl to be able to enter the renewal code I got from Sweetwater. Did that at 11AM- turned off auto-renewal and activated the renewal. At 2PM Avid charges my account for the renewal. Are you kidding me? What a mess. I will now have to get that 2nd year canceled…

Yeah, when I sign it mine switches between Spanish and German :) I figure, it's good language practice... (ironically not everything is translated)
