Clicking Sound on playback

I am routing record and playback signal through a Behringer 1204 USB, via the USB connection using an asio driver

It gives a good record and playback via Audacity software at 48htz

PRO TOOLS FIRST generates a clicking sound (like a scratched vinyl record)

Running on a stock HP 8200 Lite / 12bg ram/ i5 core a fresh 1g drive and a clean install of W10
