Error to upload project in Cloud Protools First

Hello Friends,

As I am facing an error to upload my projects in cloud,

I am using protocols first with 100 GB Avid Clude Storage
Before it's working fine on my same PC but Last week I format my PC and Again download Protools first and Avid link.

Protools First is Working fine but my projects are not getting uploaded and save in the cloud. while creating project I ticked Upload to cloud button.

Please help me on this to resolve

PC config: Intel CORE i3 7th gen / Audio Interface Focusrite 2G2

Is there any more detail in the PT Task Manager window?
Did anything change on your PC with the new install? Check that the connection isn't being blocked by virus scan software of a firewall.
