Default Hackintosh on my rig?
Hi guys

does anyone know if its possible to run hackitosh on my rig, its below in my signature, or does hackitosh run on any rig

You would get better info from the forums that deal with that setup. As I understand it, it is very picky about which hardware will work(likely due to drivers for OSX). Only certain motherboards, cpu's and video cards. Its also a bit fuzzy as to the legality of it all, so I won't comment on that part. Best to check that forum and maybe strike up a direct connection

The OSX EULA states that OSX can only be isntalled onto hardware that has an Apple label on it. So a bit of photoshopping and glue and you should be good to go.

Running an HD2 (PICX Core and PCIX Accel) with no problems.

your motherboard and video card would be of concern. the gigabyte is the most supported board and video cards are a pita!!!! i am going to guess your setup would not work. there are TONS of forums, google it
