Kontakt 3 and GUitar Rig 3

Native Instruments just announced the release of these 2 new products, along with Komplete 5.
Those who purchased Kontakt 2 and/or Guitar Rig 2 on or after Sept. 1, 2007 will be eligible for a free copy.
I just purchased both on Aug 30....looks like I'm out of luck!!

K3 looks very interesting. I like the idea that it wouldn't lock me to PT like I would be with Structure. I think I'll wait to see what Digi does with the next upgrade. 33gigs...Be nice to have drag n drop into the session though.

#$@*! Bought GR2 on Aug 24. Ah well, summer sale and I love it, though.

I'm curious about K3 and how it will perform in PT LE, if smoother and more efficient than K2.

I hope those who acquire it will report!

Yep got screwed on the GR2 deal as well. Bought mine at the end of August as well. I think they should have the grace period a little longer than a few weeks at least 2 months.

NI should go back to their old way, which is using the product registration date instead of the product purchase date.
I bought both Guitar Rig 2 and Kontakt 2 on Aug 30, but it was out of stock so I actually received it on 9/10.
