Motormix with Pro Tools 11?

Anyone using the CM Labs Motormix with PT 11? I have two of them and don't have the cash for a Slate Raven at the moment. is it still supported?

Still works fine in 10.

Hi, I just put my Motor Mix Ver 1 with PTHD 10 on a mac, I can use it all but not control the Plug Ins..can you control the Plug ins?? or I just forgot how...

I may be wrong but those run on the HUI protocol correct?
I do not believe that PI changes are part of the protocal.

Someone would have to pull the manual. I seem to remember that it had a mode that would let you control plugs. Or some plugin parameter. But its been awhile since I used one.

Great to know it works Amiel. They can definitely control plugins.

Perhaps this is due to the firmware version in your unit. I have two and one had v 1.08 and the other 2.03. No idea how the firmware S differ.

Once i actually install 11 I'll report my findings.

It does for me. I can't tell the difference between the two firmwares.

To answer my own question, since ive finally installed PT 11, I'm happy to say that my motormixes are still working!

Hi - just picked one of these up - assigned HUi mode - I can get changing screens with buttons but zero fader action - I'm on Win 8.1 running PT 11

With the Motor Mix, is there a PT mode that I should be in? scratching head??

well - some progress,

faders are working - mute - solo - select and pans are working as well

transport functions are not (as yet)

and when I say not working...

I'll need a lesson or two in Hui to understand what is possible, but she's a very sturdy rig that I am enjoying to have sitting upon my desk. (very affordable I might add in today's market!)

I'm certain that I'll play with her for abit - hell, may just keep her for the the price I got her for (ha ha - may even feel the need to add another...)
