So possibly, when Avid finally get around to allocating resource to this, we may get more than expected. Remember, many 11R users, especially those buying units to get a cheap PT10/11 upgrade, will not be aware of this issue and will be using their free support calls to question why 'it doesn't work'. My question is, will 11R function as an interface with PT11 before this issue gets addressed?
According to the PT11 requirements the 11R is supported as an interface.

It just sucks the gui and hence on-screen editor for the 11R isn't in PT11 yet. I wonder if this also means the 11R window part that's in the toolbar usually at the left end of it won't be there as well?

Have to wonder how long Avid was aware of this?

I just ordered my 11 rack today and yes I do and would like that on-screen editor

I want it two weeks after 11 comes out

The Eleven Rack is a qualified interface for PT11.

I live in (faint) hope part of the reason it's late is Avid finally is doing a stand-alone GUI,...

From the PT11.0 (Mac) read me:

********

Eleven Rack Guitar Window not available in Pro Tools 11 (PTSW-184398)

Pro Tools 11 does not provide the Guitar Window for Eleven Rack that is available in lower versions of Pro Tools.

********

I hope this will still be addressed?!

As I mentioned in another thread here one of the maddening things is there's an entry that's greyed out in the Window view pull down menu for the 11 Rack; so close yet so far. I have to wonder why Avid did this? I could almost see this missing in a beta version but a shipping version?
