Owned PT 11 since 2013, it's on my iLok, but can't get updates from Avid web
This is driving me nuts. Sweetwater shipped me the Pro Tools "bundle" back in 2013 that included both PT 10 and 11 licenses. I activated PT 11 on my iLok and it runs fine. But when it is time to get an update, like 11.2.1 recently, I login to my account on Avid.com and it only shows my PT 10 license.
Avid support seems to want me to pay to contact them, and I shouldn't have to pay in order to get some sort of glitch fixed with their user database. Can anyone suggest what I should do next? Many thanks! |

Hi and Welcome to the Community
The links to update should be in your account and there you need to press the little icon to expand the page in order to see the updates, can you look there and post back? Best Regards Christopher
