This is not working for me at all. Installed it, restarted, manually started Eucontrol I see it spinning around in the finder menu bar but then it just disappears with no message given.

Tried multiple times, restartet the mac 2-3 times, no change. Went back to 2024.10 and all fine again.

The same for me.
The control app on iPad is showing connection an shows it's screens, but no reaction on softkeys and other from Pro Tools.

I was talking about the Eucontrol app on the Mac. It only briefly starts then disappears. This is before even turning on any ipad or my S1 being seen.

Hey Frank,

I had the same thing going on.
Did fix it half way with killing permissions for EUCON software is system control, rebooting and give back permissions.
After that at least eucon loaded correctly.

Ah thanks, I'll try that tomorrow...
It didn't even ask for permissions after install. Going back to the old version DID ask for them when I went back.

PT Ultimate with Dock and two S1 units. All with iPads.

An automatic update of my iPad Control software forced an update to 2025.3.014.

Since then I am having a hard time trying to get the meters to work. They are sluggish if they move at all. When signal is stopped they take several seconds to one by one shut off. The compression parts of the meters work perfectly!

Also my two meter tablets do not automatically mount on startup. I have to turn the (dedicated) WiFi off then on again (in the tablet settings), and then reboot the Control app, then remount them in the Settings of Eucontrol.

Very frustrating. (I miss my C24!)

Tried all the usual solutions - reboots, reinstalls etc.

Any suggestions please?

What are your Mac network settings? Can you post an image with a description of what each one does?

I have a dedicated WiFi router connected to the ethernet port of the Mac M1. From this are connected the Dock and S1 units via ethernet cables. The tablets are connected via Wifi forced at 5.0GHz. There is nothing else connected to this network.
It was all working perfectly before the update to Eucontrol.

...not sure exactly how to post an image!or exactly what you require... happy to answer any queries
