Default PT 8 Edit window timeline problem

Anyone know why the timeline doesn't stay locked to the left side when you zoom in and out? The timeline moves away from the track size bar leaving a blank gray space. I constantly have to drag the top scroll bars to the left to move it back into position.

Are your scrolling options set to Continuous? DVTK2 installed.

yes I have the scroll set to continuous and I have DV Toolkit installed. Not sure how this relates to the timeline pulling away from the track sizing bars on the left side when I zoom out of the editing timeline?

Disable Scrolling Option Continuous.

Well crap...that did the trick. I don't understand why continuous would do this as I'm zooming when the timeline isn't moving...

Hmmm... does sound a little weird. Can you give me a detail list on how I can reproduce that issue?

Not hard. Using the keyboard command focus, hit the "R" key on the keyboard and watch the timeline shrink while pulling away from the left side. It doesn't do this when you select another scrolling option besides continuous.
