Recording Offline
Fairly new to Pro Tools. No I dont have PT First. I have pro. Im just wondering what I need to do to record offline like out at the cabin. I cant seem to find the full answer. DO I need a iLOK USB? Any help wouldbe amazing.

Either Ilok dongle or access to the cloud

Since you say "offline" I'm assuming that means no internet, so yes, iLok for sure. Recording to a cloud project obviously isn't an option anyway. Make sure all your plug-in auths are local to the machine/iLok before you go - best to test it by turning all internet connections off and seeing if you can boot Pro Tools and run your sessions first before going out there.
