Re: Icon platform m+
Cant say anything about the M+ but we have 4 units of the ICON Qcon Pro G2 and all 4 works great and no lag at all in HUI mode on PTU 2020.12 and both Mojave and on Big Sur.

Re: Icon platform m+
Just to be clear, you are setting this up under Peripherals and not Midi Studio?
These are my Mackie HUI settings going to my 002R.

Re: Icon platform m+
Hi, I'm running PT 10 with a new icon platform m+ control surface & at a loss. When I let go of the fader it moves to 0~ irrespective of auto mode. The screen fader follows surface fader and remains in correct location when i release it while surface fader moves to 0~. Any recorded automation does not move the surface fader.
I tested m+ in reason using MCU and all fine. What have I neglected ? |

Hi again, at first glance platform is working with PT 11.3.0. A fader pops to 0 and moves with screen fader. My original issue was PT 10.3.10 downloaded from avid around 2012. |

I was wrong about this solution, it's another USB power/platform m+ problem. PT 10 worked on another tablet that had only 1 USB port as well but that tablet probably provides more USB power. So, platform had the issue on Microsoft surface with hub but not Dell tablet with hub. Platform seems to have issue/need with USB power even if correctly powered with it's power supply. |
