Btw, with Windows Update S3L got in 4.5, Dell S2240T now works fine.

The last main update (4.5 and above) for the S3L is now using windows 8 and have most of the touch screen drivers pre installed so it will be just plug and play. I use a 15" GeChic and the touch control is driven trough the USB from the E3 which in this case also is power supply for the screen. So you need to have both the DVI/HDMI connected for the picture along with the USB to get the touch interface to work and in some cases also an external power supply if the screen needs more power than the USB can provide.
The resolution is still 4:3 in the venue software but the screen converts to 16:9 and it works and looks okey.

What exact GE chic Model do you use?

If I remember right it is the GeChic 1502I. They also have a VESA mount (VESA 100) that fits that screen perfect.

Using Dell S2240T as well. Plug and play. Works great. Highly recommended.
