Default Need help to see is this possible

I have a Slate Raven mti2, a max mini, and a digidesign 192. How do I connect them together? I am confused. Do I need a box in between the 192 and the computer so they can communicate? All help is welcomed 🙏.

HI, welcome to the community.

WTF is max mini? Whatever computer you have you need a card/box with DigiLink connector(s) to connect to the 192

Assuming the OP meant "Mac Mini", then at the very least an HD/Native Thunderbolt box. As said, you need a digilink-equipped card to connect the 192. Don't confuse apples and oranges. The Slate MTi2 is a video monitor and control surface and it doesn't care what you use as your audio interface. It will work exactly the same with HDN/192 as it will with Core audio and any of the dozens of USB or Thunderbolt interfaces on the market.

Also, to use any Digilink-equipped interface, you will also need Pro Tools Ultimate(or Flex) software. So, before you buy anything else, be wise with your money. It might be better to sell the 192 and buy a Thunderbolt interface (assuming the Mac Mini has TB ports, those will likely give better latency performance than USB interfaces) and will work fine with Pro Tools Studio(significantly less expensive than Ultimate)

Answer a few questions for better advice:
1-what exact Mac Mini?
2-do you need surround?
3-how many inputs and outputs do you need?
4-do you have a maximum budget?
5-for the stuff you already have; where did you buy it? If it was from a dealer, why not ask them for some after-sale support?
