Subscription to PT12 missing installers
I'm just switching over from Logic to Pro tools. I did the 1 month free with Protools11 and then recently signed up for a subscription to PT12. That was 2 days ago. I haven't received any further downloads to my account for 12. The license has shown up in my iLoc but with out the corresponding version of PT, it is useless. When I try to re open 11, it says I don't have a license for it since it was just a 30 day trial license I had. It says my subscription is active on my Avid homepage but they also didn't give me a system ID # so I can't call for help. Is this normal for Avid? To order something and them not give you access to it for a few days to process the order or something?
