Question pro tools issues & error messages

hi im new with the pro tools i was giving for christmas the mbox 2 factory bundles set etc etc....i linked my protools 8/8.0.1 (updated it) mbox 2 etc etc to my toshiba satellite a105-s101 laptop...

Manufacturer : Toshiba
Mainboard : ATI SB450
Chipset : ATI RS400/RC400/RC410
Processor : Intel Celeron M 380 @ 1600 MHz
Physical Memory : 2048 MB (2 x 1024 DDR2-SDRAM )
Video Card : ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M Series
Hard Disk : FUJITSU (60 GB)
DVD-Rom Drive : TSSTcorp CDW/DVD TS-L462C
Monitor Type : 20 inches
Network Card : AR5005G 802.11a/b/g Wireless Network Adapter
Network Card : RTL8139/810x Fast Ethernet Adapter
Operating System : Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition 5.01.2600 Service Pack 3
DirectX : Version 9.0c


my pro tools loads up it does all that...i can and did record vocals dubs and ad libs but when i play it back i get ..

error message -9129: audio processing is conflicting with other cpu task if this occurs often reducing the "h/w buffer size" in the playback engine dialog may help prevent this problem..... but when i do that then i get

error message -9092: the operating system held off interuppts for too long if this occurs often try increasing the "h/w buffer size" in the playback engine dialog..

i believe my labtop is not fully compatiable or i dont know what the issue is....also protools allows me to pull in a track off a cd to use...but when i try to import a track from off my desktop my protools closes it's self and when i click the icon it saids pro tools was shut down wrong please reboot the computer to be able to run pro tools...

can some one please help me out...i would really aperciate it..

1: Read this

2: Take down your email address. It's only beneficial that you get answers in an open forum. Nothing like following bad advice you got in an email. On an open forum, bad theories usually get called out.

3: (A total guess) It sounds like you're running on a single hard drive. To run Pro Tools, you need at least 2.

HD 1: OS, apps and software
HD 2: a firewire external or a 2nd internal physical drive
(USB is not supported, a different partition of the main drive doesn't help)
HD 3: back-up and storage (something you're going to want)
