cpu error 6101&9128

running m powered 7 ver 7.1 on powerbook G4 10.4.8 , 1.67 ghz, 1.5gb memory,1814 interface,lacie rugged 100gb portable drive.
cant record at all or even run the demo session, i get message error 6101 & 9128 cpu overload inrease % or remove some pluggins.
i installed hardware & software to instructions & optimized system. all these items are 4 weeks old with just the basic apple application installed. i really need help 2 weeks trying to get it all to work is a bit much help! help! [email protected]
