No Eleven Rack window in Pro Tools 10

Hi,


I've just installed Pro Tools 10, and would like to connect it with my Eleven Rack so that I can use the Eleven Rack window to adjust presets and so forth.

Within pro tools, I click the "windows" dropdown menu, but there's no Eleven Rack menu entry.

I downloaded installed the Eleven Rack Control Panel from www.avid.com, but it won't launch. It did launch after installation, but not after rebooting the computer. When it did launch, it said something about not being connected to the Eleven Rack hardware. The USB cable between the Eleven Rack and my computer is plugged in.

By the way, I installed the asio4all software to work around a pro tools startup error message say that it can't connect to my hardware.

I'm running Windows 7.

Please advice on how to debug this. I'm not sure what information is required/useful for debugging this, so let me know and I will provide more info.

I just got it working (for now). I killed the Eleven Rack process, changes USB port, reinstalled Eleven Rack and Pro Tools.
Hopefully it works after a reboot.

You shouldn't need the ASIO4ALL driver. I'd recommend un-installing it.

Have you installed the latest 11R driver, v1.1.1?
If not, install with 11R switched off then reboot with it switched on.
