Default STRIKE Midi note sound duplication

In Strike 1.5 when i trigger my Toms, the high and mid Toms send the correct "notes" (as seen on the keys in strike) but they trigger the same channel (usually the high Tom) and therefore the same sound (that of the high Tom). The same sort of thing occurs with the cymbals.
Can someone help me correct this?
Thanks much,
Allen

Hi again Aaron,
This happens with virtually all the presets and if not it's messed up in some other similar way.

Hmmm... this one has me stumped. Ummm... has this Audio Device : Intel 82801H (ICH8) HD Audio Controller been disabled at the BIOS Level? If you delete the Pro Tools and DAE Preferences, can you reproduce in a newly created session?

Ouch...sorry Aaron but that was Greek to me. I'd have to get someone in to help me on a more in depth PC level unless you can do the "step by step" for me...sorry about that.
