Hello all,
I'm technical support engineer of Dispatch software. One of our client has bought M-Audio Fast Track Ultra 8R. We used the following driver: Version: Fast Track Ultra 8R Installer: 6.0.10 - Driver: 5.10.0.5100.exe Release Date: August 8, 2011 OS: Win XP SP3 But in our Software I can see only one channel instead of 4. Our software uses MVD access to the sound card. The questions are 1. If I right understand Fast Track Ultra 8R won't work on Windows Server 2008 R2, correct? I didn't find any supported driver for this OS. 2. Is it possible to recognize 4 channels through WDM interface (not ASIO2!)on Win XP SP3 ? 3. If it depends on OS, please tell me what particular OS I should use to see 4 available channels by WDM when I connect sound card to the PC. Do you think Windows 7 can help? Your help is very appreciated because it's extremely important for our customer project. Thanks in advance |
