Default green-orange light

Suddenly the green light on the on-off button of one of my 192 digital I/O's no longer turns orange after having shut down the computer. The other interfaces are OK. Anything to worry about?

No and no. But I did have a core card repaired. But then the interface is not connected to that core card but to an accel card. So I also connected the interface to another card to see and that makes no difference. Furthermore, I now noticed that when starting up the interfaces they all nicely have orange lights except the faulty one: the orange light blinks for a second and turns to green almost immediately, all this before the computer has been powered up.

OK, I found it (I think) but I cannot explain it. It was in the interface and not the cards, because the phenomenon even happened when the interface was disconnected from the computer. But then when I disconnected also the adat input cable the problem was gone. Then when I put in the inputs again it staid gone and has been gone ever since. Anyone care to explain?
