Upgrade from Studio perpetual to Ultimate perpetual

I'm sorry but I don't see this option anywhere.

I have a current Protools Studio perpetual license, update plan due to expire in December.

How much would it cost to upgrade to ProTools Ultimate perpetual? Assuming I'd turn in my studio license.

Can I do this via the avid store or do I need a retailer?
