Carbon and C24 I/O

Hello! I currently have an HD3 setup with a 192 (analog). I am looking to purchase Carbon. Can I just swap out the 192 with the Carbon (DB25 in and DB25 out) and keep the same configuration on the c24? My main concern is with the outs on the carbon because stereo outs are 1 and 3 with the c24.

Is anyone currently using Carbon with a c24? Help before I blow a ton of money

To confirm, you're using the (newer) C24 not Control 24, correct?

Yes, you can do this with C24. You'll want to connect Line Out 1-8 (DB25) on Carbon to Pro Tools In (DB25) on C24. Then, make sure your C24 5.1 path in I/O Setup is assigned to Line Out 1-6 and C24 Cue is assigned to 7-8 (if you used it). In Hardware Setup, ensure that 'Main' is unchecked.
