Unable to update Digi 003+ Firmware to 8.0.1 on Vista x86
Hello,
I just converted over to ProTools and I'm setting up my rig and trying profusly to see why it this unit won't update. I've tried different cables, different port on the Digi 003+ and all the optimizations listed on the support page. If I cancel out, ProTools does work normally just not sure why this piece doesn't. Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a debug log of some form out there? Thank you!

This can be caused by using a firewire interface that is not compatible. Are you using one of the Digidesign Qualified cards?
