How big should my audio drive partitions be?

Hi, just getting back into recording again and had a hard drive crash on me. I'm getting a new WD 250G one and am hoping someone here can tell me what the ideal partition size is for PTHD and any other useful info for setting up my audio drive.
Any info would be appreciated...and yes, I did search already. Not much there.
