-7401 error...please help!!!

i´m having an error right after install the waves platinum bundle, i tried to insert a plugin to a track and says: "The Plug-in could not be made active because a DAE error was encountered(error #-7401)"...i already did a search and i found this:

"Windows NT only. Opening the same session (containing a Virus Plug-In) three times in a row causes Pro Tools to post a "The following plug-ins could not be restored..." dialog and a DAE -7401 error. Attempting to manually instantiate a Virus plug-in after the session has opened will cause a crash (runtime error). We recommend that you close the session without saving and quit and relaunch Pro Tools. The same error may be posted when swapping Virus instances with other Virus plug-ins, for example going from Virus 1a to Virus 2a.

This is a problem that can happen with Virus 1.0, Bruno and Reso Plug-Ins on NT systems, but only if you have no midi interface. If you have a midi interface you should never encounter this problem.

This also happens with Bruno/Reso on Win NT.

Note: THIS ONLY HAPPENS WITHOUT ANY MIDI INTERFACE INSTALLED. If a customer does have a MIDI interface he/she will probably never see this problem."

Sorry, i´m working with Protools LE 5.1 under WinME...PC Pentium4...
