Default Loop with ProTools

Hi all,

I'm a new ProTools user and i would love to creat loops in my commercials .
The distributer in Belgium told me i have to do this with the duplicate function .

I think there must be an easier way to creat loops .

This is a sample of what i mean: www.vibe-productions.com/promo/paul.mp3

Best,
Tim
