Strange noise at end of bounce

Lately when the bounce is finished I hear a loud mesh of all the tracks at once for a second. All the meters spike too.
Its actually putting that sound on the bounces so this is a problem.
ON multiple sessions.
(For example, after a fade out, the bounce finishes and then WHAM!- loud noise)
Any thoughts?

Your system sounds ill. And I don't mean "ill" in the modern, "cool" sense of the word. I think you should wipe your drive and do a completely clean install. You shouldn't be getting stuff like this.

I once had a problem where, whenever I used the "gain" plug-in, it put a spike right at the front of the file. I tried for weeks to find out what it was. A clean install, and it was right as rain.

Thanks, I think this is the best solution for all the weirdness that has been going on. This issue especially has been causing alot of problems.
Ill do it tomorrow and let you know if that stuff has solved itself.

I had the same problem back with TDM only the cacophony at the end was never printed onto the bounce, but all the meters would still spike after a bounce.
