Help- Need to install Panther and PT 6.x

Unfortunately I need to install Mac OS 10.3.x and PT 6.9.1. It's been a while since I've had to use either of these old relics. I've searched for info on installing 6.9.1 but all I've found so far is a 6.4 install disc. Can someone tell me the upgrade path back up to 6.9.1? If it was paid upgrades, I'm sure I upgraded way back as I've upgraded all the way these years up to Leopard with Pro Tools.
