Default Mac Pro 6,1- Mavericks 10.9.5- Pro ToolsHD 11.3.0- Kernel Panics and Spin Reports

Hello all,
I've been experiencing very frequent kernel panics that freeze the machine for a few seconds before it reboots out of nowhere. On the reboot, I will sometimes receive the gray screen that says why the computer restarted, but not always. Some of the kernel panic diagnostic reports coincide with a spin report linked to Pro Tools. I am running Pro ToolsHD 11.3.0 with 1 x HDX, 1 x UAD2 Octo card and 1 x Tempo SATA Pro 6gb 4 port card in a Sonnet Tech xMac Pro Server. Hope you're able to help me out. Thanks!

Fixes Attempted:
-Complete Clean installs of both Pro Tools and Mavericks multiple times
-Disconnecting second display
-Adjusting sleep preferences
-Disconnecting xMac Pro Server
-Disconnecting Sonnet Tech Blu Ray Mastering addition
-Reseating all PCIe cards in xMac Pro Server
-Rearranging Thunderbolt Bus configuration

Why not Pro Tools v11.3.1?

You have two QWERTY keyboards and two mice connected to this computer?

This indicates that you should focus your efforts on USB devices. Try connecting as few USB devices as possible to start. This would be one QWERTY keyboard, one mouse, and the iLok. Connect them as directly as possible (no hub!). Do the panics persist? If so, one of those devices (or your Mac) is sketchy. If not, start adding additional USB devices one at a time, and connect them directly. Does the system work as expected when all devices are directly connected? If so, then introduce a hub, and move devices to the hub one at a time. Eventually you will find the combination that makes the system panic.

Do you have any NTFS or FAT formatted volumes (Windows) mounted on this system?
