good evening everyone.
My buddy has a MultiMix 4 USB running on Windows 11. Man we tried everything, even downloaded an ASIO driver to get it to work. Mic, mixer signal out is good. In PR Tools the I/O interface shows the two channels, and not greyed out and can select either of the two input. Armed and yet no Meter signal, whether input is on or off while recording there is nothing. In the hardware tab, windows device option selected and then go to the interface and the Alesis is grayed out. When we choose the ASIO in the hardware tab, Pro Tools will let you pick a channel in the interface tab and not grayed out, but no signal? Please forgive me, and yes I should have researched, and read the Manuel, but my rig is Mac and I have no idea how windows is setup. I tried looking through youtube clips and no luck, but from what I read on Alesis's site is that no drivers are needed, and plug and play.
