Default Adjusting Volume of Individual Sides of a Stereo Track

I have several pairs of mono tracks that I would like to pair into stereo tracks to make things easier. However, some of the levels in the pairs weren't the same when tracked, so there is an imbalance when I put them on a stereo track. Is there a way that, once they're on a stereo track, I can adjust the left and right side individually and then have the one fader control it?

Use the "Trim" plug-in.

Little arrows and a "L" and a "R" in the very top right of the plugin window.

It took me awhile to find it. I kept looking under multi-channel plugins instead of multi-mono. Thanks guys! The perfect fix.
