I have a mix plus, g4, pt 5.1 I installed the mp3 30 day free trial option about 3 years ago. It has expired so I bought the mp3 option from digidesign. I have been unable to install the option. have removed mp3 from all folders and reinstalled pt 5.1 but still no luck. emailed digi, no reply, been about 3 weeks. any suggestions?

In particular, if you're on 5.1 Mix, you'll want the MP3 Option 1.1 installer:

Thanks Digi, works great, very smooth and quick response. BTW, I use to work at Digi, I was the PA expresso guy, Digicafe!
