My S4 support expires April 3rd. I emailed my VK rep my S4 info a few days ago to provide a quote for renewal. When I followed up with the rep after a few days to see if he has the quote he said each time a customer needs a support quote he has to contact VK's Avid rep for a quote. I'm assuming he hasn't heard from VK's Avid rep. Is this normal? In the past quotes typically turned around quickly. I prefer not to stress about it as it gets closer to the end of the month.
