No sound through speaker eleven rack

Hello all

I am a new owner of the eleven rack. I am trying to hook up my speakers to the rack. The speakers only can be connected using stereo quarter inch cables. I have tried every single port and combination and it is driving me absolutely insane. I am using a macbook pro and logic pro x. I have the driver installed and have used the rack using headphones. Can anyone take a look at the pic and help me figure out where to plug these into the rack and if i need another program or driver to get this to work please?

I have no idea what the photo is supposed to show.

Are you trying to get this to play stand-along as a guitar processor or interface?

What driver version have you installed in what OS version.

Is this new or a used unit? Have you ever seen it work?

Does the Eleven Rack power up?

What model monitors? Do they work with anything else?

What exact make/model cable are you using, plugged into what at each end? What 1/4" cable? Is that 1/4" TRS to XLR connected to the main output? What exact make/model cable?

Unplug it from any computer.

Get stand-alone to work with headphones.

Do a user options > memory reset from the font panel. Read the User Guide to learn how to use it with a guitar.

Is the headphone and master volume turned up? Read the user guide to understand all the volume levels in the Eleven Rack.

If you are still stuck. Then exact details. What exact model headphones, what exact model monitors, what plugged into where, what rig preset etc.

The pic shows the cables from the speaker. I am trying to figure out if the eleven rack allows quarter inch plugins for the speakers instead of using xlr cables. What i am using is below

Macbook pro
Os x Yosemite 10.10.5
Logic pro x
Used Avid eleven rack (restored to facotry settings)
Presonus eris E4.5 speakers

The rack sounds fine through headphones.

I am not following what exact cables you have plugged in at eachg end. Clear photos of the cables showing the plugs (before insertion) would help.

Do the monitors work with any other source? they have rca inputs so you should be

For whatever you are doing now (live guitar or computer playback) connect up the headphones as well.. can you hear stuff right now there?

Work out how to scroll the front panel screen rig view to the far right and see all the level meters. Do you see meters there showing main levels?

The speakers were working fine right before i unplugged them from my old external audio source. See the picture. Both ends are the exact same. Can these be used to plug into the eleven rack? If so, where on the eleven rack do i plug them in from the speaker?

Uh No. The Eleven Rack main output is a pair of XLR connectors. Labeled "MAIN OUPUT", maybe those are the main outputs. :-O

You need to go read the Eleven Rack User Guide, it shows you how to hook up stuff.

You need two Female XLR to 1/4" TRS plug balanced cables (like two of these https://www.amazon.com/Hosa-STX-110F.../dp/B000068NYU)

You appear to have two 1/4" TS to 1/4" TS unbalanced cable.

I plugged them in but i dont know which ports exactly they need to go into. If you could let me know that would be awesome. There are multiple ports on the back of the 11r.

As Darryl said - You need to use the Main Output connections but you need another set of cables with XLR to 1/4 TRS
(Balanced) and your picture show TRS to TRS which won't work in XLR connections.
