Default MrRay and Vst2Rtas

Has anyone used the MrRay22, MrRay73, or MrTramp on Protools using the Vst2Rtas wrapper? I couldn't get a MIDI signal to one of them, and another just closed down protools quickly and I haven't tried the third. Is there a known incompatibility? thanks guys.

I'm using an 001 and Windows XP SP2
