Default Renting to own the SSL 4K E Plug-in

I'm currently working part-time and on a soul & strings budget so that I can work on my project and continue to learn mixing.
I've purchased plenty of timeless tools in the way of plug-ins including the SSL Channel Strip 2 (9K model), select Fusion plug-ins, Waves, FabFilter etc.

I recently opted to rent to own (a perpetual license) for the SSL 4K E plug-in for $13.99 a month.
Total cost being commensurate to the normal price of purchasing outright.
Right now the sale price of $129 is exclusively for those who own one of the UC1|UF1|UF8 controllers otherwise the price is $329.99.

Anyone else have more vision than means & availing themselves of the SSL rent to own option?

This is just meant to be light topic conversion and not looking to compare the 4K E with any of the other SSL based plug-ins that myself & others have purchased.
But the SSL 4K E does top the collection off nicely.

I tried the plugin and loved it, so I’ve been thinking of doing the rent to own as well. Seems like a good way get it.

SSL 4K E is fantastic.

I need to buy one of those controllers to get the deal. I do currently have a script for all of Slate and SSL in one nice package for $144 a year- I remember getting it because I own plugs from both parties.

It's a great way to cherry pick what I like and actually reach for over time as mixing habits change with new tools.

The lease to own is new to me from this group, thank you for sharing.
