Default New 2048 Buffer Size for 003

Hi all, i've seen in the PT8 what's new guide that there are higher buffer settings for many of the supported interfaces. Hwever, I only have max 1024. How do I get 2048? Obviously this would help on crazy sessions.

Thanks,

Mike

Do you have V8? That is a must for the 2048 buffer

There is no 2048 buffer in the 003.

Hey, my answer may sound silly or maybe I didn't understand in which conditions you work, but to get a 2048 Buffer you just have to work under 96kHz SR/ 24 BD.
Hope it helps.

No, really, as Kirby said, the manual clearly states that you should be able to get 2048 buffer size at 48k. It has always been possible to get 2048 at 96k but never before at 48k.

Just wondering how to get this option enabled?
